Website Maintenance 12-month Support Plan

TWC offer clients a choice of a support/maintenance plans.

Clients have the freedom to send through regular updates throughout the month. Paid monthly in advance, with any additional hours used billed for on the next invoice, alternatively any unused hours will be carried over to the next month’s available hours. With quarterly reviews this allows both TWC to manage any time risks and means our clients are on the correct plan for their business needs.

This time may be used for development, bug fixes, software patch upgrades, training, specification documents, data import, extensions, etc.
